Blatant Attack on The Military Infrastructure Using Subversion and Active Measures.
This brief paper is merely a simple case study for evaluation of programs being used within American society in order to subconsciously subvert opinion of the military.

Technique here is obvious when in understanding of simple principles of a false flag attack. Obviously from Nizkor documents on Nazi conspiracy and aggression of Robert Jackson's opening address page 129, we see that disarmament of the working class is a clear violation of international law and a war crime. I show this for further preliminary conclusive evidence. Also Attacks against trade unions, obviously both parties are being used in equal parts ( crash and burn, the bird needs both wings to fly ). With this paper I hope to show necessity for inquiry into the complicit involvement with certain governmental organizations and security personnel, using soviet communism and the subversion techniques of a Bolshevik party within the United States.
At the forefront of the attacks that requires immediate attention, are the attacks on our military base in Texas that happened recently. In order to uncover this activity I guised myself as a recent Muslim convert. This point is essential, I feel if I had not, I would not have been targeted in the attacks that were used against me, to try to implant hate enough to murder within my mind and heart. Obviously I am not Islamic and in no way do I support terrorism or interact with any terrorists. This is meant as a warning of how the attacks are being created in order to discredit our military infrastructure by making it look racist. In this paper I show clear definitions of violations of federal law being used within the state of California, which has a large communist population, and which is currently in essence a police state. The recent attacks in Oakland were in obvious stages of events that were purposefully overlooked by local government agencies, these events are simple to observe. The technique of injecting a spy or intelligence gatherer into a city as a “recent Muslim convert” works flawlessly and allows an individual to be able to identify where attacks might be being created, and thus stopped in advance by simple procedural cooperation with the federal police. Identifying individuals that have the triggers implanted should also become more obvious as identifying corrupt infrastructures within individual cities becomes easier. I recommend that steps are taken to create centers of outreach for victims of psychological warfare in every city within the United States. These centers should be Overseen by the C.I.A. And F.B.I. In cooperation with all foreign allies. Identifying the victims of psychological warfare is of immediate intelligence gathering importance. Paper of my experience is as follows on page 2 and 3. This should be enough to convince military intelligence that the communist are actively plotting to create a terrorist attack within San Luis Obispo using a Muslim, most likely a recent Muslim convert. This technique could also be utilized within a trigger capture ploy to create the feel good response, in order to embed into a government organization of a foreign spy.
I moved to San Luis Obispo in 2009. Shortly after I arrived I began to immerse myself into the local population and made it known that I was living in my vehicle. I also made it known that I was a recent Muslim convert, though I was actually not a recent Muslim convert, I was merely using this data to create an illusion used for intelligence gathering within the local community. Immediately after I declared I was a recent Muslim convert, I encountered individuals claiming to be American Military Veterans that told me that all Muslims should be killed. These individuals were of Native American descent. Whilst observing these individuals in Paso Robles at a StarBucks Coffee shop, one of them slipped and threatened me. His slip of tongue helped me to identify, even though I had never seen this individual before, that he knew I was homeless, which it then became obvious to me that he had been given that information from one of the “veterans” that I had spoken to that was of Native American descent. He threatened me in front of police, military, and F.B.I. The F.B.I. Were also of Native American descent and tried to further humiliate me by laughing at me whilst they were leaving the coffee shop. Obviously these individuals knew each other, so I came to the immediate conclusion that they were working together in some way. In order to Identify whether passing my private information between one another was accepted practice within San Luis Obispo California, I went to the local police department to file a complaint. The officer told me that it was in fact alright with them if my private information and status were shared amongst these individuals and that they had broken no laws. Things went from strange to obvious complicity within the policing organizations very quickly. Within a year I was able to identify a group of heroine users and dealers that were living amongst the homeless population. I further used this intel to acquire even further intelligence data. First though before I divulge this intel, I will tell you more of what was being done to “hold me down” anger me and the cooperation with the “christian” ( probably false doctrine being used by communists to usurp local congregation ) community and the San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles city councils, then I will explain how the police are involved (suspected) with local drug users and drug dealers in order to criminalize the entire homeless population in order to further their criminal agendas in obvious complicity with biotechnology corporations. I noticed right away that there was an “aggressive” panhandling ordinance within the cities being used. There also is a vagrancy statute that is very suspicious and I have brought into the spotlight ( ask me sometime, I will gladly tell you how I used this to my advantage in my current investigation ). The “aggressive” panhandling statute is being used to guise an outright violation of international human rights as well as a violation of a supreme court ruling declaring 647(c) of the California penal code ( a complete panhandling ban ) unconstitutional, though the cities are in fact enforcing 647(c) and I have visual proof as well an officer told me to my face while I was using a sign to panhandle and in no way was being aggressive, that he would ticket me if I tried to panhandle anywhere in the city. The visual proof is in the mini mall where the military recruiting center for the American Military in San Luis Obispo, and this is done obviously with the purpose of creating a hatred and possibly an attack on a military installation, as this is made to look as if they are in fact guilty of trying to starve people to death. You can see how this is detrimental to the current investigation into how terrorism is created, if a “Muslim” were starved and saw that it was being done by the American Military. This is an obvious false flags designed to get Muslims angry, and is suspicious as to helping the creation of conspiracy theories used against the military hierarchy that have come into question within the American Military veteran circles within the civilian population, such as Alex Jones helps to push with his radio show, and now you can see but one example of why he is doing this through that obvious violation of human rights that is used to create the illusion of military complicity. The other homeless were being used to keep my vehicle in bad working order to keep me spending my money on vehicle repairs, so that I would not be able to afford dental care which was why I stated to them that I was homeless and it is obvious through visual appearance that my teeth are badly damaged from wisdom tooth impaction and that makes it obvious that Obama care is causing me more problems than good, which in turn if I were in fact a “recent Muslim convert” would make Obama look not only as an anti-Muslim but also as a tool being used to create dental decay to further his drug plan agenda. I could get into all the technical details of how the homeless are being used but as promised I will explain my observations that would hopefully help you to come to the conclusion that the police are using the homeless drug users and dealers to further their own agenda an in turn further the local as well as San Franciscan “Matrix-quality of life program” of which is used to create terrorism (though I doubt law enforcement understands the creation of poverty, the connection to poverty and terrorism recruitment or the psychology utilized), and thus also to create ability for human testing by the biotechnology companies. So as promised, here is the intel I gathered. I made a police report about the sales of drugs, mostly heroine, to young adults and homeless, that were occurring within the homeless population. You see, the police were using the vagrancy statute to force every person sleeping in their vehicle into the same area with known drug dealers and users. This made the activity easily observable. After I made this report I was targeted by local drug gangs and police. Let license plate number California 20757A1 of which I observed reporting intelligence to local San Luis Obispo police. Of course they will not admit to passing private information to cartel, so good luck getting the truth from them without Federal investigation. They were using this individual that spoke a broken English ( I confronted this individual, who subsequently pulled out a surveillance camera and put it on me while we were talking. ) After I made the report the police gave me my first ticket for sleeping in my vehicle. That is obvious and needs no explanation. The police are purposefully protecting these individuals that use and sell drugs, whilst at the same time allow them to remain in San Luis despite their bad behavior, whilst at the same time getting rid of the population of homeless that oppose criminal activity, in order to make all homeless people look like criminals within the local population. This activity could be easily used by a foreign spy to create attacks against our military bases locally. There is a sign hanging on a wall, in an Epstein and Associates owned property that has the San Luis Police department name and phone number on it which states that there is in fact 647(c) in effect and that violators could be arrested. This is done in full view of the military recruiting office and is made to look racially and religiously motivated. This technique is also being utilized in Paso Robles at a military recruiting center that is purposefully located next to a christian church, which is made to look racially and religious motivated. Study Wal-Mart sued for panhandling statute violation in Paso Robles California. Though mind you in Paso Robles the police force the homeless to go to churches for food and in San Luis they force you into a horrible place called Prado day center. In both locations you are subjected to felons and drug dealers as well as convicted murderers that are allowed to plot against you by local law enforcement. I plead with the intelligence community to act now! There is a plethora of information I have left out, that I will attempt to share with you I the future. The communists are planning attacks in our cities all across the United States, using our own citizens as the killers! They pretend to be good local business owners and city councils that are free from racism and religious bias. It is easy to see if you inject but one spy into an area that is suspected of possible terrorist plots and have him pretend that he is a recent Muslim convert. Please act now and open facilities in order to deal with the psychological trauma of the psychological warfare being utilized within our very cities! The Bolsheviks are plotting to destroy our democracy, this is a very real threat in deed.
